How long does it take to ship? What does delivery cost? +

Orders ship from our Navi Mumbai kitchen on the same business day (for orders placed before 2 PM). Delivery is 24 hours within Mumbai, 2–3 days to metro cities, and 4–5 days for the rest of India.

Shipping rates:
· Below ₹999 — flat ₹49 shipping
· Above ₹999 — free shipping
· Above ₹1499 — free shipping + 5% off
· Above ₹1999 — free shipping + 10% off

Can I return or exchange? +

If your pouch arrives damaged or stale, let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. We'll send a replacement, or refund up to ₹500 (processed in 7–10 working days). Email connect@gourmax.in or WhatsApp +91 83690 65231.

Is it gluten-free, vegan, or kid-safe? +

All Gourmax products are 100% vegetarian. Our Quinoa Bhel range is gluten-free. Most products contain peanuts or tree nuts — check the allergen list on each product page before sending to little snackers.

Do you ship internationally? +

Direct checkout on our website is India-only for now. For international orders, write to us at connect@gourmax.in or WhatsApp +91 83690 65231 — we self-ship orders to friends, family, and customers abroad on a case-by-case basis.

How do I become a stockist? +

We work with select stores across India. Write to connect@gourmax.in with your store name, city, and FSSAI license number, and our team will get back to you within 3 working days.

What's the shelf life? +

Most of our pouches are N₂-flushed and have a 12-month shelf life. Ragi and Poha ranges have a 6-month shelf life. Best-before is printed on every pack.
