Approve, then 50% advance

A 50% advance confirms the order. Approve the sample before we make the batch.

Balance, then dispatch

The remaining 50% clears prior to dispatch. Confirm orders at least 15 days before you need them.

What's the minimum order? +

200 boxes. Below that we can ship retail packs, but not custom branding or bespoke hampers.

How far ahead do I need to order? +

Confirm at least 15 days before your delivery date so we can process and fulfil on time. Festive season fills up well before that — Diwali slots are worth booking early.

How does payment work? +

A 50% advance confirms the order. The remaining 50% clears prior to dispatch. All catalogue prices are exclusive of GST; applicable taxes are charged as per prevailing government regulations.

Can we customise the hampers? +

Yes. Logo on the sleeve, a handwritten note, ribbon, and the box contents themselves. Pack sizes run 20 g, 80 g, 150 g and 250 g, and flavours can be developed to your taste and preference.

What's actually in the boxes? +

Our own range — Quinoa Bhel, Makhana Bhel, roasted Makhana, Edamame, Protein Mixes, Trail Mixes, nuts, Mukhwas and Gourmax Indulgences like Khajur Bites, Almond Rocks and Sattu Ladoo. Roasted, never fried. No palm oil.
